Time skip???

Giant Speck

Literal winter, but also metaphorical winter. Depressing storylines for everyone!

Jen

Having grown up in an area where stories were told of the Halloween Blizzard of ‘99, doesn’t have to be that big of a time skip

The previous book ended in late October. Growing up in Iowa, we at least got a trace on the ground around Halloween, but didn't really get anything measurable until November.

Maude Reads Things

Mid-October, but yeah. As a Canadian, I've definitely seen snowy Halloweens. Not in a few years though. I miss them.

Danae Williams

More like.. Winter is Dumbing. Got 'em.

Packy Anderson

And at the rate that time flows within the comic, we'll have winter for the next decade ...

Bagge

"Always winter but never Christmas"

Good quote. I have probably read the Narnia series at least a dozen times.
