69 Mouse-Ear Blvd cartoonist Pat McHoarney won last month, so he's ruled out for this month.  Generally, we try to limit ourselves to characters who have actually appeared in the strip and/or have a name.  The second rule is you're not gonna cheat me into revealing guarded information early, so don't vote with that aim. :)
