I remembered that my birthday means it's also Ultra Car's birthday.  And that this year in particular, Ultra Car is now 30 years old.  So for your second bonus strip, here's a scene from the Ultra Car crossover episode of Dexter & Monkey Master.

Somehow it never occurred to me that Dexter & Monkey Master had actual heroes to confront the villains. I figured it was more like Pinky & the Brain, where their world domination schemes are mostly self-sabotaged. But then, it wouldn't really be HA if he didn't have some hero-types around to put in deeply, personally traumatic situations for his own amusement, I suppose.

The poor president looks so stunned. He is like, "And I thought all I would have to deal with today would be the usual arguing with Congress and Senate..." The strip itself is amazing. It somehow implies the whole episode and is itself the episode's climax. I will forever be wanting the rest but at least there is plenty for the fan writers to build on.
