I love the height-differential sightline between Joe and Joyce, and I love the way Joyce returns to it after looking off to the side during her wiggly-pointer acknowledgment of Joe's callback to "fitness conquistador". I don't quite grok the difference between wiggly-pointer speech and small-typeface speech, but it's nice to see our author exploit the many resources of the medium.
