Suggestions from Stephen and Len (Patreon)

These two sketches was made for Francesco, on the two volumes of Bikini Armors, a week ago (more or less). Francesco asked for "Stephen cooking something" and "Len giving us an advice". So we have Stephen saying that after boiling water you should cool it off and then drink it up, because safe water is rare and you shouldn't waste it for boiling rats"; in the second sketch Len says that you should buy both the first and the second volumes of Bikini Armors because the first part of the story ends with volume 2 and there is no sense in buying the first one only.

Questi due sketch li ho realizzati sui due volumi di Bikini Armors per Francesco, che li ha comprati al Jolly Joker più o meno una settimana fa. Francesco nelle dediche mi ha chiesto "una Stephen che cucina una prelibatezza del suo tempo" e "una Len che ci dà un avvertimento importante". O roba simile.

Devo essere sincero, Francesco ha scritto un papiello di richiesta per ogni singola dedica, probabilmente quello che scrivereste voi a Jim Lee per una commissione, ma io che stavo lì a disegnare i miei 450 sketch del giorno non è che ho prestato la dovuta attenzione a tutto il testo che c'era scritto... anzi mi scuso se un paio degli sketch che ho fatto a Francesco (che ne aveva cinque o sei nella pila) sono solo inchiostrati e nemmeno ripassati col copic ma già per disegnare quella richiesta precisa avevo perso tipo 20 minuti a pensarci e c'era gente che doveva sedersi a giocare a D&D sul mio tavolo quindi sono andato in rush per evitare di essere picchiato.

Tenetene conto quando andate a chiedere uno sketch a un autore: se ci vogliono più di 10 minuti è troppo (un po' come il famoso proverbio "alla terza sgrullata è pippa" molto in voga tra i giovani di Roma negli anni '90).

Insomma, in sintesi, ecco i due sketch che gli ho fatto. Spero vi piacciano perché a me piacciono molto. Grazie Francesco.
