Warming sketches 2026 (Patreon)

Sunday is the perfect day for starting (or announcing) a new challenge to face! This is the panel for the "warming sketches challenge 2026". In order to win this challenge I have to turn these six sketches into complete artworks in few months, and at the same time I have to try new ways to speed up my work and achieve decent results. During the last "warming sketches challenge" I've found a new useful digital brush for shading my digital illustrations, and I'm going by using it when I need it. In some precedent editions I tried new resolutions, new canvas and new light effects. It's alway a good thing to keep improving. So... what's going to be the first one?

Domenica è il giorno perfetto per lanciare una nuova "warming sketch challenge", e vi ricordo che questa è una sfida che lancio a me stesso, qui su Patreon, e che per vincerla devo trasformare questi sei sketch fatti al volo in sei illustrazioni digitali finite... in pochi mesi. Non vinco sempre questa sfida perché a volte me la trascino per troppo tempo, ma l'importante (per me) è sperimentare: trovare nuovi modi per velocizzare il mio processo creativo con risultati decenti. Durante l'ultima edizione ho scoperto un pennello nuovo, che continuo a usare quando ne ho bisogno. Nelle precedenti edizioni ho sperimentato nuove risoluzioni, nuovi formati e nuovi effetti luce. Insomma è una sfida utile, vale la pena rilanciarla.
