TO PEPI: There might be a happy ending in the future. For you, for the others- most likely not for us, but that's beside the point. But we haven't arrived at that ending yet. After we were left in the lab sleeping, you and the others went on without us to the next floor, yes? The floor with demonic entities? The lies they weave, to trap and drain their prey... this is one of them. It's been mere hours since you left us. You need to realize that this isn't real- the world still needs you. You're not in the afterlife yet. VOXOTAUR: Keep on high alert. At any sign of someone other than Pepi or Keth, use VOICE to subdue them and force them into their true form. Keep every approaching demon at bay with VOICE, but don't use it on Pepi or Keth. Also keep an eye on Keth to make sure he's safe.

AnotherMeekOne

Wouldn't the fastest way of getting Pepi up to speed be showing him what happened with Gastro? In his mind?

Star Ringer

"Pepi...sweet, bright Pepi. ...It was my pleasure! I am so glad my friend here brought me to see you!" We try our best to make ourselves aware of any prying eyes about us. We turn slightly so that the shoulder Keth is perched on faces Pepi. "This is Keth! He found me when I escaped the facility, and offered to take me to see any of my friends I wished!" On our skin, tattoos appear as hieroglyphs, flashing slightly to gain attention, reading (to the best approximate translation) 'This place is a lie. We are watched. You are in danger.' Along with the Sagitta symbol. "I am so glad to see you are doing well, Pepi! And I can tell you are, because I have a keen ability to" - then in our VOICE - "SEE THE TRUTH."

Kageichi

Voxotaur: I'm rather surprised that this would be how you look Pepi, I imagined a more ancient Egyptian look... but the modern outfit is actually quite cute on your figure. I have to tell you though unfortunately that this place is a lie. As much as you'd want to be in Cairo right now as Pharaoh, this isn't the real thing. You are being trapped here, trapped by demons who wish to use you for sustenance and I wish to free you from their power. *falls to a knee* I know that I and the rest of our legion of voices may have caused harm to you and your friends in the past but I ask you.. truly ask you... without even our powers no less. To believe in us, and to trust that we will free you and the other monsters. And escape this prison to TRUE freedom.

Big_Toxic

Jesus Christ all this stuff with keth is so fucking cute. I'm seriously about to cry ;_;

Plowshare-Plague

“Hello your Majesty, I see you’ve done well for yourself. I will admit not flitting my consciousness around a prison complex has left me somewhat nauseous, but otherwise we have been good; went to the beach, got a new minion-friend, saved Gastro from having his soul eaten by demons, and now we are here. I’d say that’s impressive for an hour’s time, but becoming a god in a day’s time is even more impressive. Suspiciously so. But while I’d love to speak with your Majesty about what happened to your fellow inmates, I suspect we will have aggresive company interrupting us.” Then if our antenni detect any demons (besides Keth) warn them and maybe use the voice to make them listen to Keth.

Plowshare-Plague

I’ll aslo say I liked the little Pieces of egyption mythology sprinkled in. While the cat is called Hatshepsut she is obviously a stand in for Bastet because the female pharoah did wear a fake beard but the idea behind her prescence is clear I think. Hatshepsut was known for restoring creating monuments as well as setting up extremely profitable trade routes, so this figure was likely a hero to Pepi the same way Ghandi is to people today. Pepi’s sun-disk implies he’s not only ascending to become part of the egyptian pantheon but is inheriting the throne of Ra, possibly from Horus himself, meaning he will be the ruler of the heavens. When the gods were glaring at us it was from the side, how they were often depicted in paintings and flat carvings. He also had his full body restored to him as would happen if his buriel or images were done properly according egyptian myth.

Alucardsamsun

Does the Voice work on pepi now?

Alucardsamsun

Voxotaur: cool pepi... Remind me what I did? I have a bad memory.

Jasper Paige

Um... Fuck, Pepi is looking all kinds of delicious in that tank and sweatpants... Help, I'm thirsting.

Raegdanon

Hmm. Pepi, despite all reason, has always been on our side - maybe he will just believe us. "Pepi, remember when you brought light to Ivan's dreams? Right now, we're bringing light to yours. You're stuck in a construct made by demons on the third floor of the facility - none of us ever left."

Hinner

OMG THIS CHAPTER WAS SO CUTE Ok, I like the idea of just telling Pepi. Can we produce a map of the Sagitta facility and indicate to Pepi that we are on the demons level? Maybe tell him about the others and Gastro and the cock ring... I think filling him in on all the details about Keth and the Marquis is also a good idea. Also make sure to tell Pepi he looks awesome. And finally, maybe give him a weapon as well? Maybe an Egyptian sickle or something Egyptian themed. And in the event of demons coming along to disrespectfully interrupt our chat: use the Voice to make them stop, tell the truth, and then fuck each other until we have time to deal with them. If there are too many to use the Voice, then maybe just turn them to gunk with our Fingers or some cool looking Combat Montage stuff

Crowbar

A tattoo of an ornate looking eyeball, attached to two delicate looking wings, suddenly appears on our forehead. It glows, and suddenly it leaps off our skin! The orb fluttering around in the air like a frantic hummingbird. This third eye is an extension of ourself, letting us see from it whenever we please. Knowing that if we don't do something soon a bloody battle will commence the first thing to do with our new eye is send it to the balcony to meet with 'Hatshepsut', no doubt the head demon here. When we reach her, a feather falls from our wing, transforming into a parchment. It reads, "I do not begrudge your nature, but I cannot allow my comrades to turn into lies. Let us talk."

Darkaos

I loved this chapter, the interactions with Keth were so sweet I almost teared up the moment he noticed his freedom, also the designs of the deities and pepi's afterlife form sure look rad as all heck... I'll have to take some time to draw Keth and the Voxotaur together at some point X9 Now we should direct ourselfs to pepi in a more stealthy manner, so I double down on the hieroglyphs as tattoos to give him a hint, all the while we place a finger across our lips to ask him to remain quiet, after his reaction we could ask of him to remain calm and explain what he remembers so we can follow up from there, we should not use our VOICE in any dramatic way, in case any demon shows up we could simply do a "jedy mind trick" to tell them they saw nothing and to continue walking as if nothing happened, we are outnumbered and should refrain from going all out until we are certain that pepi is out of the web.

RPL

Indeed! And I really need plushies of small Keth in suits now. His redeeming is so heartwarming and his small shape is so freakin cute T-T

Huey

Poor guy gonna be devasted when he realises this isn't real. When we tell him the truth give him a hug, squeezing his juicy ass with one hand and whisper "Once this is over we'll give you the true loving a Pharaoh deserves"

Newt

Hug pepi. Keep a careful watch on every area in a 360 degree radius, so that there are no surprise attacks. Then kiss pepi. Engulf him into a pocket within our form, until he is completely out of sight of all demons. We will speak the truth directly into his body, where no one will hear it, whispering it quietly. Pepi. I'm sorry, I don't know how long it has been for you, how many years you feel you've escaped. But you've been trapped in an illusion stronger than our own. We are in the realm of demons, who have ensnared you, in the third floor of sagitta.

Newt

god i'm reading these in like a constant state of paranoia. I really don't want this to be the "weed out the less popular characters arc". Also, lets try not to destroy all the demons this time. They're just doing their demon thing and we can't really play holier than thou. that being said, people probably want to fuck all the demons anyway so lets at least wait for them to make the first blow

Shiny Skunk

I think everyone's got the right idea right now, but I'll add that we should have Keth confirm our story, and maybe see if there's anything he can do to prove this is an illusion.

DePanda

Compliment Pepi on how he looks and gently break the news that he is in a illusion. Also introduce Keith and say he is your assistant. Take a look around to see if anyone is listening in also or spying on you both,

NethGooRat

OMG I LOVE KETH he's so pure and adorable! ;w; We HAVE to keep him safe! (even if we have to absorb his body and preserve his mind so we can later make a body for him again. that'd be like, our trump card to save anyone from physical harm, actually.) I agree with what the other "voices" are saying as well. We want to let Pepi know what's going on one way or another, and since he's always believed in us, we should just let him know what's going on. And if any demons try and stop of from doing so, we should just brainwash them a little! But maybe only use that as a last resort. They're just trying to eat and survive, so at least cut them a little slack. But didnt Keth say that Viscount helped build this web? Now that we've got him in our back pocket, maybe we should have him help us expose the other demons here as well.

BillBehr

"Pepi you have always been the Patrons pharoh, but we need you now more than ever. We need your light to break an illusion. Do you think you could do that, use your light to break the shadow of an illusion? Please." ((attempt to trick Pepi into accidentally disrupting his own illusion by claiming it's on something else))

Dragon Fans

We ask Pepi some questions first; asking Pepi the detail about how he escaped the facility and what happened when he got here. Then gather the information and follow up some question about the unreasonable part of Pepi's stories which he said. WE MUST LET PEPI FIND OUT BY HIMSELF!
