(In combination with the Hungry Star, I'd like to use the ring to drain the magic from any links that come in range and use them to empower the strength of Wolf, or Cherry if he's in range.)

Morning read through, and I remain interested by the stuff in the past- and the fact Wolf doesn't actually have a name, whilst Kurt does... though Kurt gives no indication that he is an estranged brother, besides being a sexy dick to him. Did Wolf have to give his name up at some point, perhaps? And Cherry with the magic- it seems like he has very different symptoms regarding it. Concerning that, based on what his fathers said two years ago, they are considering giving up on him being cured. Just how was Cherry created? What was his relationship with his dad, who seems to be an old friend of all of the older figures in the comic? Mysteries deepen

Thought re the Lost after a conversation with Adam- I wonder if they are like... the heat death of a world, the kinda finishing burst before things fall into the chaos of entropy. It would explain why even the flowers are against them- it is very life opposing its own extinction from an unnatural, and yet somehow inevitable, conclusion. It would go some way to explaining the nature of the Link in the Chain mantra- enforced order at any cost vs entropy

Also small update to my Star because i think i made a huge mistake making it, so here it goes: New Dawn's Star - Realm of Desire and Growth. Governs the domain of inner desires, and positive emotions that help people to grow, by boosting those emotions, and the feelings they give. If the ring bearer allows it, and/ or desires it really strong and/ or the conditions are right, the star can boost those emotions and desires they have to help them reach and sometimes overcome that limit that need in order to obtain a boon or power. And the stronger the positive emotions from the user, the more the chances to aid the change and to unlock the new power, or the boon. BUT no matter what power or boon that might be, the power used on this is always the power of the ring's bearer, and cannot create new emotions, only boost and support the bearer's inner desires.

Optional consequence of this knotting and twining: Action: All the chains attached to the eye twine so that the eye is now the stone on a giant ring. If not given room to untie itself properly, the eye may be forced to break its own chains all along one side of its body in order to use the braided 'rope' as a single giant tentacle, or break them all down the center for two smaller giant tentacles?
