And I believe they also own the third ARK, or the God-Making Machine of the prophecy, which gives them their power to maintain this artificial state of the world, and story - how close am I? And if I am right... will destroying the prophecy end the world, as is the last goal of an ARK?

ALSO ARRRGGHHJ THAT WAS A LOT!!!! So some of the meta stuff is coming into play, ARK Three is on the horizon after ARK One of MS (The Void's container) and ARK TWO of DA (The Fire). I look forward to seeing how the story of this ARK has been corrupted... Nice to see a bit more of the Gods, and more hints into the world- and nice for Cherry to get a win, he deserves it! They all deserve it. Interesting to see I was wrong about Milo's reasoning- looks like, as much as the Gods want him to be a mindless machine, there is still *something* in him that is fighting back. How much control he can have against the power of the VOICE (my guess here) is another question however. Good issue for Dr Cleric as well, nice to see him show that he truly loves Wolf, even if it means betraying what he believes in. He is a good boy... But what about his crimes? Looks like they *all* might be doing penance for the actions of Red And I guess soon we will find out more about Wolf's 'deal'...

The ARKs are things BC mentions in DA and BR, and that there are 'three' of them- they seem to be like... originators of plot? The vessels that carry a story to a world. My theory is that ARKs are designed to clean up after themselves, and represent both the beginning and inevitable end of a story

I was hoping the situation would help Cleric see what was really happening here; I'm glad he came around when it mattered - I can tell none of this is easy for him. I really like that Cherry was able to help get rid of Milo for a bit - I don't know if it was intentional, but it felt like a callback to the last time he tried to throw a projectile at an enemy, except Wolf stopped him/took over; I'm happy he was able to be a part of the plan this time, and that it worked out. Very curious (and a little worried) about what exactly Wolf has promised to Enzo, too. Also, love seeing the Arbiters again; I have some suspicions about them that are falling into place, particularly with a few things they say this update (and some of their old dialogue, with hindsight). That thing Master Alchemist said about Milo really stuck out to me; it seems like the idea of being used as a tool to hARM Someone else really struck a nerve.

OK theory: ARK ONE - embedded with the concept on an author for the world. Fucked up because the author wanted to continue the story indefinitely. ARK TWO: Embedded with the concept of a Messiah and Apocalypse. Fucked up because the planet was under resourced and attempted an early Apocalypse. ARK THREE: Embedded with the concept of a creation myth. Fucked up because it got stuck on the Titan stage, and the Gods, like in Greek myth, do whatever they can to continue the cycle. Also I had a suspicion about something, went back to check and, in hindsight, the 'eye' monster (inside the big ball made of chains, from Episode 1) looks a lot less like just a giant eye/like a creature spawned from the Heat, and more like a giant *mechanical* eye - I wonder if it and this teleporter orb are from the same place.

The chapter title and end cards are really making me very curious as to who is talking. I did not expect Enzo to come rescue the party at the nick of time. Interesting development there, but it makes me curious what deal Wolf made for him to take in the party. Also, the Grandwizard's nickname for Cleric is interesting. Wonder if it's because of his profession and a leech being used in medicine in old times... Or is it the apparent "latches onto others, sometimes to the point of harm".
