The Golden Star: *to Dr. Cleric* Marston is a psionic- or at least capable of reading thoughts and drawing sigils with ease. He also is the one responsible for the recent memory loss. He's certainly dangerous, though we don't know who he's declared for. Ask Enzo if he knew the Professor could read minds and draw sigils, and if he remembers anything we don't, or if he was also a victim. Marston may be playing Enzo along with the rest of us. A warning- Marston will likely try to wipe your memory of his powers as soon as you step into range, if you aren't in range already. If you have any active mental barriers you can put up, now would be the time. He also wanted you in this room with Enzo for a REASON, and we don't know why yet.

ACTION: Use the water from the pool to grow plants in the area, sprawling in a vine-like trail towards Cherry and Kurt. They bloom by their feet, and nudge Cherry to give one to Superior Substance. INTENT: So Kurt doesn't have to double back to the shop for his flowers, grow the herbs he needs. Also, nudge Cherry to invite Superior Substance along with the party. Maybe flirt a little. Also also its the only thing i could think of for a long-distance interaction. (side note i thought it would be cool if miracles happen wherever Cherry goes....)

It would seems that runes could help the story a ton, as they can stabilize magic and gifts. Like he did day that the leg was missing it!

Loving Marston more and more with each update. Though this one shows that he's a lot more than he seems. Extremely analytical and perceptive. I guess I can see why the Arbiters are very cautious of him. He's definitely not just a mere teacher from the looks of things. What's his angle is anyone's guess right now. But dang. I'm not sapiosexual, but Marston showing off his intelligence is doing things to me. Dominic being a very sane man in this update is also good. He'll definitely one of the more task-oriented heroes we have right now, with Cleric's Faith and nature dilemma atm. A bit too serious, but it rounds out the party real well. Again, I'm not sapiosexual, but dang. Serious and smart Dom is doing things to me. Cherry and Kurt's dynamic is shining in this update too. Loving the whole "big brother" vibe Kurt is giving off with Cherry. Seeing them clobber those bandits handily was a great sight to see~ Poor Cleric. Seems like he's becoming more and more unstable with each update. Makes sense though, with all the stuff he's been through. Hopefully he gets a breather next update~ Always a great update you two! Great job!

On a less horny note, what an interesting update! Marston can read minds, and has the ability of sigils- I wonder if he is a worshipper of the Eldritch Beings like Dom's brother? Interesting that the Arbiters feel so threatened by him - makes me feel like they are definitely untrustworthy, especially as they are trying to edit the information we share with characters now. Certainly Archdruid didn't seem happy that Kurt could hear what the Windchime Star said. Speaking of Dom, I don't like all those betrayal thoughts going on. I need to go back and read how Curly has power over his brother, I thought he got kidnapped by the orc police. Is the Ministry of Sin connected to their militaristic nature? Nice to see a link to the Dungeon, but looks like our heroes are going to have to go deeper than they originally planned. Let's hope their new ooze friend isn't a trap...
