Improved sky scattering integration for all weathers
Reworked interior lighting for both non-LUX and LUX versions
The "light performance" overlay is now correctly applied to all weather files
Made blur suite, SMAA and FXAA toggleable in real-time
A lot of under-the-hood improvements to various parts of the presets and shaders
Additional New Dawn features compared to the Core lineup:
Port of Silent Horizons 1's Depth of Field to the new GUI. This shader will be replaced at some point going forward. That being said, it's still the best one available for SSE so I decided to keep it around for a while longer

Features full support for all weathers (including special and DLC ones) and a dedicated KreatE preset that ties the entire experience together.
Silent Horizons 2 - Universal Dawn
Universally compatible version similar to the public "Universal Core" preset but with all of the additional New Dawn goodies.
Installation
For installation instructions, follow the ones provided on the Core modpage. You can also find detailed patchnotes there.
The respective weather mods are of course also required: Obsidian Weathers and Seasons or NAT III
NOTE: You also need to install KreatE 1.3 for this ENB to work! The included preset will be loaded automatically, no need to activate it
