From Wikipedia: "In October 2016, Kate Beckinsale stated that a crossover film between Underworld and the Blade franchise, featuring Wesley Snipes reprising his role as Blade, had been in development and discussed with Marvel Comics the previous year, but was declined after Marvel Studios regained the film rights to the character and planned to introduce him into the Marvel Cinematic Universe." Leather trench coats unite!

I’m excited to watch this with you. I love this movie. Kate Beckinsale is such a bad ass in this! Her outfit is fire. lol

Joseph A Zakutny

As someone who saw this in theaters, I can confirm it was great fun.

Andrew Hussey

This was great fun when it came out in theaters, I grew up with all that vampire the masquerade stuff so this was right up my alley, the first two I remember being a fun time, the prequel too wasn't terrible. That being said I do remember as a 22 year old dude when this was in theater, a movie with Kate Beckinsale in tight leather for the runtime was definitely a selling point in favor lol

James MacDonald

Dude who played Craven is definitely Irish. His accent kept slipping.

Georgius Agricola

Hey Kat, My first successful syncing! Got the unrated version at Prime. Love this thriller! Best Kat-ism: “Man! She could take out a billboard and he still wouldn’t get it, you know!” But I am puzzled. How can Kate Beckinsale be so hot covered neck to toes in tight leather? No skin! Can you explain? Demonstrate? ;-)

Anton Hennicker

Great watchalong Kat, enjoyed seeing that one with you. You're spot on, the actor playing Lucian is Michael Sheen, who of course dated Kate Beckinsale. He did appear in Twilight Saga New Moon and is a massively popular over here in the UK. He has a huge following, especially in Wales from which he is a native.

Scot J

Someone sounded a little thirsty at the start talking about the cover… Combine that with how hungry you were seeing the muscles (fried medium-well) in Predator and you have the workings of a complete meal! Another awesome vid!

Jay Perry

You pointed out that Markus is awakened by not a vampire. Actually, a lycan. And when his eyes opened they were black like Michael Corvin's eyes.

Jay Perry

There are several more of these movies, all worth watching.

Remember, Underworld came before the MCU. So the "Marvel" landing by Seline, the MCU got that from her.

Midnight Crypt Worx

part 2 was aways my favorite..hope you still watch it <3
