Again I’ll suggest they encounter a member of the gallant paragons testing out one of the trinkets they purchased. Maybe one of the ones that didn’t win the poll

How about they help out a female Minotaur Barbarian to defeat a hoard of goblins. Then temporarily join forces to make a party of 4 to defeat the stragglers who fled deeper into the dungeon. But the party better watch out, the minotaur lady is a feeder.

Hmm... I would imagine a dungeon like this would start off easy and then get harder the further you go down, perhaps the party encounters some goblins where they seem hostile until the party understands their just trying to get some food for the goblin Queen to fatten her up (could be for the sake of good fortune, some religious purpose, or just because they want to) and then the party could pretty easily assist the goblins with the honeymilk pitcher. The goblins could reward them for their assistance by gifting them leftover supplies or perhaps something like a magical artifact that would provide some kind of positive effect to putting on weight (I apologize if this suggestion is way too long, I could tone it down I'd need be)

Maybe something along the lines of the party happening across a cursed item or happening across a demon/fae/other supernatural entity in disguise? If they ignore it or pass the secret test of character set by the demon, they'll be unbothered, maybe even get a secret boon. But if they pick up the loot or fail the secret test, they'll be cursed to gain even more weight/become more gluttonous and greedy
