Hey everyone,As I mentioned on Sunday's live stream, I will be doing another stream this Sunday 11 August (14:00 EST) and the concept is to work on a track submitted by one of the community and, if it's cool in the end possibly release it as a colab. Only originals please. No bootlegs or unofficial remixes. No tracks that are already released or have already been put out online (eg on YouTube, public on Soundcloud, etc).If you want your track to be considered please upload the track to Soundcloud via private link with download enabled to track-submit@wkndaudio.com I'll try and select a track in the next 2 days, so send them in quickly. The person who submitted the track will need to send me the project right away so I can prepare it and make sure it's ready for the live stream. This means freeze and tracks that have 3rd party plugins, "collect all and save" to bring all files into the project, zip it and upload it.Looking forward to thins. I think it could be a cool new concept for the channel. What do you think?

Great idea! Does it have to be an ableton project?

DontWorryAboutIt

Hi mate this is an excellent opportunity, thank you for this. So you would be after ideas in the sketch stage? Nothing too 'finished'?

Dilby

Yeah, I think that's ideal. Something with a solid idea but room to add things too.

Dilby

You could send stems and some midi clips of any synths etc if you're using a beginner DAW like Logic or Cubase 🤣

Dilby

I have received some cool stuff already but a lot of them are almost finished. The ideal would be a solid idea with some room to add to it.

DontWorryAboutIt

Ok cool, after seeing this i have sent something way more sketchy and unfinished, no track arrangement, just a cool synth and basic drums.

Dilby

Are you sending something? Time is ticking.

Yes mate will get through tonight!

Randall Dean

I think i submitted something far too close to done as well. Cool idea tho, hope you do it again if it ended up being good for you
