ableton error, missing the packs. Zip is just the Ableton project, where can I download the samples

Someone wrote me the there is a problem with some of the samples. I'm on the road returning from weekend gigs at the moment, but will sort it when I'm back in the studio tomorrow morning.

Virtual mix racks are not loading. Any idea?

Do you have Slate Digital plugins installed? They are VST so if you are on Mac and only have AU plugins installed you will need to install the VST versions. I think they are pretty up to date, but not quite the latest version with the new compressor Slate just released, so maybe try updating to the latest version.

Could you please tell me exactly which one you have used for this project from Slate Digital? or is that a Slate Digital VMR 2.0 - Mixing Bundle One?

It's from the Everything Bundle, which is the only package they offer as far as I am aware. VMR version 2.7.3.1. To be honest VMR is not adding a whole lot, it's summing the groups to the master and there is a subtle preamp on the drums. I don't think it will be too different without it really.

Ah, got you. That was actually almost a year before I started Patreon so never posted anything.There is another post from earlier this year which has my template available.

Hey! I'm using a different DAW but want the samples used in the project. Is there any way of downloading them?

You could try installing a trial of Ableton Live and then using that to unpack the .alp file which will extract the project folder structure. For newer projects they are .zip files so you can just extract them. The samples are in the project folders.
