Does anyone have a contact at Instagram who might be able to help me get my hacked account back? The verification process isn't working. It's a total nightmare.

Someone has taken  the account, changed password, email, added 2 factor login so I can't recover to my phone.

You have to do a verification with a selfie video. The algorithm checks it against your profile for facial recognition. But it's not working. I've been trying for a couple of days already.

Thanks mate. I have been going through that process for 2 days. Trying to do the video verification. I haven't even ben able to try the video verification because one of the steps doesn't work. Before the video activates I need to enter an email address I have access to so I can receive a code that unlocks the video verification tool. No matter what I do, and what email address I enter, I never once received a code to unlock the video verification tool.

find a back door through FB ads, which is also linked to Insta. Try that mate.

Thanks so much bro. On that right now, just found a video saying the same thing. It said you need an active ad so I submitted one and waiting for it to be approved by FB. Are you able to DM me so I can contact you on WhatsApp or Facebook to ask a little more detail about what you did to sort it?
