Good Morning All, I've just joined Patreon, wanted to look at the project files. After downloading, I have tried both loading from .als file in the project folder and opening Live (11.3.4) but what ever way I try , Live crashes.... Any ideas? Thanks in advance Djb

Hey Darren, sorry to hear you are having problems with crashes. All the project files work mate. If there is an issue on your end it's probably best you reach out to Ableton customer support directly.

Try contacting Ableton support. I have heard some people have issues when using Apple m2. Is this what you're running?

Running Apple M1 Max Dilby. Thanks for reply unfortunately I can’t open any of your Ableton Live projects.

What did Ableton customer support say about it? Is there something that can be done to resolve it?

Hey Raymond, have you tried searching this on Google? It seems to be a widely common issue caused by Apple silicon since around 2021. I noticed a few people on reddit suggesting different things to try. So try doing a bit of research and contact Ableton customer support. You should be able to find a solution or atleast a workaround..

Raymond, I fixed mine via Ableton Support, they found out is was my Verbsuite Plug in caused the crash. I uninstalled the plug in and reinstalled it.
