I'm using ableton 11.2.3 and the project doesn't open, a serious crash error, help me please

Dilby

I guess you are on an apple M1 or M2 or something. A couple of other people have compatibility issues. The project works fine, it's something to to with your system. Search Google and contact Ableton support is my best advice.

Oh shit, never heard of that. I know that the files are all working so I guess there is still some compatibility issue on your end. I just downloaded on my laptop at home to check. My best advice is to contact Ableton support. Send them the crash log that was created when the project crashed. If you check that log (open in notepad I guess) it may say the name of a plugin or something at the end which would be the last thing before it crashed. I'm sorry, but not sure what else to advise you. I'm really not that knowledgeable when it comes to the troubleshooting side if things.
