We had been looking into this topic for a long time—the legal complaints filed against Jiang Zemin.
In May, Swoop Films approached us and said they were doing a documentary on the same topic, and wanted to include China Uncensored in their documentary when we covered the topic. So in a cool confluence of events, we ended up shooting this in Washington DC, and Swoop Films sent a camera crew there to follow us; so if you want to see some behind-the-scenes on this, it will come out in a few months.

Special thanks to Shelley for writing in the parodies of West Wing, House of Cards, and my personal favorite, School House Rock.
We also hired a composer and animation artist just for this episode, which we can afford to do thanks to your support!
