We drove down to Canberra—Australia's capital—to meet with Alex Joske, a journalist and student at Australian National University.

Originally it was just going to be a straight interview. But at about 11pm the night before, we came up with a crazy concept to wrap it in. Alex was a good sport.

This episode is about how Chinese exchange students struggle to break free from the watchful eye of the Communist Party, even while in a free country.
