I heard a commentator on CNBC mention that Chinese companies manipulate the US legal system. They come in and sue an American company for IP violation AGAINST them... then when the US company defends themselves there is the Discovery phase. Of course once the Chinese get there hands on the technical details of the technology the Americans are defending... they drop the case and walk away with the companies special IP. Have you heard of this?
