This is our new show where we review/unbox products, encouraging consumers to not buy from China. We want your feedback: Which logo version is clearer?

Version 2 looks more appealing at first, but I found it easier to read version 1, on version 2 my mind stops when going from UN to MADE.

David Ebele

I don't like the UN part. Makes me think globalist.

Saberpoint

Do keep the original logo around in some way. Its very recognizable.

Pronomian Prepper MN

I like the 2nd. It makes clear the demarcation between "-made" and its "Un-" prefix, which is the common thread through all your channel names: UNcensored; UNscripted. Plus, there's what I can only assume is an UNintentional dig at U.N. policy being made(unduly influenced) in China.

Kevin

They're both equally clear, but it depends on what you want to imply or emphasize. Perhaps the question should be, "Which one is better?" But why do you even want to change the show logo? I think the existing one is totally fine. The existing logo still has plenty of life in it.

Good job on starting this! This is truly...."WOKE"...!!!

Just in terms of reading the words, #1 was clearer to me. #2 for a split second was "United Nations Made in China" in my mind. #2 is visually more aesthetic though and invokes memory of the ubiquitous "Made in China" logo more clearly. Looking forward to this show!

Zhou Rui

#2.... you have the UN which is a negation of what follows. Made in China is unfortunately on everything so it makes the point to me more clearly that you re AGAINST Made in China. #2 for sure.

Roy Johnson

I would like "Made in China...NOT!!!"

BearUrine

#1. you want the deeper colors.

Uncle Bill

SECOND logo makes it clear the topic has something to do with Made-In-China products. FIRST logo is a little more ambiguous in what exactly is being "unmade".

MeatyGuy

You could change the big, yellow asterisk to a coronavirus. Just kidding. Don't do that.

Don Sander

The show will be great, but I also need a website or resource for identifying non-China sources for all products. I'm trying to avoid buying MIC stuff, but it's hard to find alternatives for some things. Is there a way to search on country of origin "not China?"

Andrew Maltby

I like it. Maybe put the 'made' in lower case as well 'UNmade IN CHINA'.

Andrew Maltby

For each item that is made in China, can you provide at least one example of an equivalent item that is not made in China. Also, I have recently change from buying Duracell Batteries to Energizer as the packet has Duracell as made in China and Energizer made in Singapore. But when I when to take a photo I have 9V Duracell made in Malaysia and 9V Duracell Ultra made in China. This is going to be very had to explain.

Pronomian Prepper MN

Sounds not too dissimilar from the ground/powdered garlic-origin conundrum. The labels use words like "Packaged in the US," for product that is actually grown in from China.

Thank you 50-Cent Army for your feedback on the logo! Later today we're going to ask viewers to fill out a short survey about what you guys want us to cover on this new channel. So stay tuned for that!

Definitely 2 is a clearer hint or breadcrumb pointing the way to what the show is about. If you do this show, make sure to wash your hands after you handle products from the land of the CCP. I suspect that all sorts of chemicals illegal in open societies are used in CCP China where there are few checks and balances and very spotty accountability.

If people want to avoid buying from China, there is a website called wecultivate DOT us -- wecultivate.us -- one can easily link them to your Amazon and then any time you go to a product's page at Amazon, a little "cultivate" box opens and the box sometimes tells you where the product is from, and also alternative products you can buy. Sometimes it's not perfect -- like sometimes it will tell you the seller is in, say, New York or another US city, but not where the product was manufactured. Still, I have used it to avoid buying products from CCP-ruled China.
