It's been rumored for a long time that the Coco Islands, which are part of Myanmar but located just north of India's Andaman Islands, were leased to mainland China all the way back in 1994, but both nation's governments deny this deal happened to this day. The alleged existence of any base there has been questioned ever since by both India and the U.S., but have you found anything to suggest otherwise?

Could be most the concrete work, like on the other islands is friable, due to corrupt officials. And image that our special forces have a sample of it. Just imagine. BTW, note that you never get an answer from the intended due to silly questions.
