I want to hear your thoughts. One theory that I have had since watching no way home for the first time in theaters is that with brand new day I believe they have Ned become the hobgoblin. Since Ned is the hobgoblin in the comic books it would be a great portrayal since Ned canonically doesn’t know who Peter Parker or Spider-Man are. In no way home he asks Tobey if he has a best friend in his universe and tobey said I did until he tried to kill me. Jacob (Ned) turns to tom and says I promise not to turn into a villain and kill you. Which just makes it seem that Ned will be the hobgoblin in brand new day since he has no memory of Peter. Therefore he will only think as hobgoblin and fight spider man and will never know canonically at that point that they were once best friends.

If Tom’s Spider-Man ends up having venom and/or carnage, we need it done right. Meaning… Tom’s Spider-Man heavily relies on his spider sense (strongest spider sense) when fighting. However venom skates by it after being bonded with Spider-Man. Tom needs to learn how to actually fight without his spider sense in this situation. AGREE or DISAGREE!
