I’ve recently been going through a very tough period in my life as well, Alex. One thing that has helped me a lot is my faith (Christ can help with anything!), but something else is just consistency and determination. Be consistent with a schedule that pushes you to not lay/sit around throughout the day, make sure you’re up doing things and making time for things that you truly enjoy (such as spending time with people you care about), and be determined to move forward. Not move on, but forward. Whatever is weighing on you obviously won’t be something that you can move on from quickly or easily, but you will be able to move forward as time goes on. You are blessed to have a very strong and wonderful support system, so just remember you’ll never be alone. Even us Patrons (and the lay people) are here for you. We love and appreciate you buddy, and I’ll be praying for you and hoping for the best in this situation!
