Quick update to Spirit of Hunger (Patreon)

Nothing major, I've simply added in all the ending drawings I've churned out during this month. Now all endings have got a visual! Nice!

...except for one, in chapter 3. But that's not out of laziness (I was even halfway through it), it's intentional: I truly do think that whole scene works best without an image to go with it. THEY are best unseen.
