Took a while, but we got there. Part 4, the final part of Keep Me in Check, has been written! And with it comes another bonus pixelart :)

Comes without saying, but the art is very spoilery. I'd advise you to at least read the first few sections, I think? You'll get why real quick! Won't take too long. There's also some notes about the whole series, and those are spoilery of this part, but not too much, and you can always view the art and then AVERT your eyes from the EVIL spoilers at hand.

ALRIGHT PIXEL ART TIME

check out that isometric bed wow that must've taken a bit, also, can't decide if this portrays the epilogue or not (actually, it's fun to think it doesn't eheh).But yes. Surprise! Amara ends up HUGE. Downright ball shaped (quite an optimal shape). That was the plan from the get go, right from part one - I don't know, I just really got into the whole reversal situation. Who knew Amara had it in her.

It ended up being a story of wealth, of laziness, of acceptance, of louve... a very indulgent one for me, ahahh, basically comfort food for the evening. Not as complex as my other stories, perhaps, but I did try to make the psycology at play interesting to read, exactly how each of the two let go once they had the money and time to do so, and why, and the silly yuri struggles on their way to just being a straight-up feedee couple. Which also meant a lot of dialogues - hopefully it wasn't too much? Or too hard to follow? I'm not used to having this much of it, I'm more of a descriptions&details kind of guy. Which I reckon is why I reigned it in with one of the last scenes, the one where Amara gets in the walk-in wardrobe. I just needed another room and inspect section before closing things up, to balance things out with that terse, reportorial narrative voice.

Oh, and the setting! The idea of a feedee let loose in a penthouse, with unlimited money at her disposal, has been sitting in my head for literal years. It's got to be one of the best situations one can have, a dream come true. And, like, just the thought of wasting all that wealth just gorging, eating, doing nothing but laze around and get fat... the greediness of it all, the ruination... ouughhh... and then there's TWO of them?? TWO fatties??? I had to be careful. By part 3, not enough blood was making it back to my brain.

I think that's it? Is there anything else I want to mention? Don't think so. Ah, I might go back and make two more pixel art pieces, or maybe one for each time skip, actually. At this point, why not? Let's get a proper sequence going. I'll see if I can do that in time for the end of the month :)

After that, another poll! Haven't managed to get to the game ideas I promised (I kind of merged the concept into this, what with making it read as if it was a text adventure in its description of things), so maybe I'll add it back as an option.
