Like me a good war movie but this is one I hesitate to watch again its so brutal. And Brad Pitt is a little too pretty to be a tank commander.

The lasers are tracer rounds. They’re bullets coated with various metals that ignite in a bright color and show the gunner where his bullets are going. Unfortunately for the gunner they also show the enemy where the bullets are coming from.

It hurt my heart to see how emotional Dawn got at the end, which really surprised me since she had been so stoic up to that point. When I saw this the first time, I was like Norman: emotional at the beginning and especially the middle, but by the end I had toughened up, so the end didn't bother me as much.

Remember Dawn, the Captain had told the SSG when he sent the 3 tanks toward the crossroads that they had to hold it or the German column could attack the American supply and medical force. They did the mission. My grandfather was a crew member in M4 Sherman tanks (like FURY) during the Battle of the Bulge in WWII. He didn't talk about it ... Though he encouraged me to make my career in the air force.

It was a good movie, but yes tough to watch, war is awful. This was the first time I seen this one, acting was good and very hard to see some scenes, very emotional. Dawn hope you are doing alright now
