Honestly I was quite shocked at how many Christmas movies I haven't seen yet from your suggestions! Looking forward to seeing which one wins (you nailed it with the last poll winner 😏)

The Family Man (1999) should be in this poll also🎄🎁 And it's National Finals Rodeo week, would be perfect timing for a reaction to "8 Seconds" (1994) an amazing true life story about World Champion bullrider and cowboy Lane Frost. Merry Christmas 🎁

I'd like to see you watch We're No Angels (1955) with Humphrey Bogart and Basil Rathbone. Great xmas movie.

I had to vote for Christmas in Connecticut, one of the many great Stanwyck films. But if White Christmas wins, or Bad Santa, it will give me a good excuse to watch them since I haven't seen either one.

Dag Einar Bergli

Hard to choose between The Long Kiss Goodnight and Bad Santa here, but gotta go Long kiss.

Robert Jewell

Oh, well, my choice won't win in a million years, but at least you have it nod, Dawn. Brava 😘

Danny Noon

Don't think Dawn's ready for bad santa, she's too nice 😁 still voting for it tho, too funny 😄

Ragnar Miersch

White Christmas or Bad Santa? Two completely different movies. Don't get me wrong, I liked both, Billy Bob is an actor I always enjoy, but as a pure Xmas movie, it's got to be Bing. Alternately, and hear me out, why not both.

The Family Stone (2005) is a hilarious movie with a big A-list cast... Dermot Mulroney Sarah Jessica Parker Rachel McAdams Luke Wilson Claire Danes Diane Keaton Craig T. Nelson... It's a must-see during the Christmas season!

Ruben Salvador

Gotta go with 3 Godfathers. She would love this one for at least two reasons- the actors and the Sub-Genre (not Christmas).

Alan Jones

[Heavy sigh!!!] Out of all the uplifting choices that speak to the better angels of our nature, the poll has been hijacked by the wallowers in filth and degeneracy. Such is life in the age we inhabit. Dawn, once you've fulfilled your obligation to view the poll-winner, please take the second place finisher as an additional free choice, to cleanse your palate of the foulness, and truly celebrate the season of peace and goodwill in the manner it deserves. I know, I sound old-fashioned. I guess I am old-fashioned. That's why during this month, I'll be seeing my four favorite Christmas Carols (Owen, Sim, Scott, and Stewart), plus The Man Who Invented Christmas to enjoy Christopher Plummer's take on Scrooge, along with White Christmas, Sleepless in Seattle, plus my favorite Christmas-themed Sherlock Holmes episode from the Jeremy Brett series, The Blue Carbuncle, over on BritBox. Along with any other choices of a similar ilk as they may occur to me. 'Nuff said. Happy holidays.

Ted Little

Again the most recent film (an deliberately offensive black comedy) is winning against some great uplifting films of the past. May I respectfully suggest that you divide polls between films made before and after 1970? I like to feel good about life.

Elliot Nesterman

I've always preferred "Holiday Inn" over "White Christmas," mostly because Fred Astaire > Danny Kaye. Don't get me wrong, I've been a fan of Danny Kaye since childhood, but any film in which Astaire gets knockout, solo dances always gets my vote.

Louis Marzullo

Movies like Bad Santa are perfect for the immediate post-Christmas period, when everyone resumes normal demeanor & behavior! 😡😁

Tom Grassia

Holiday Inn is the most quotable movie ever. ". . . or even plain." "when I don't know how to get to Connec-tic-cut!" "loose, like they don't care."

The Bookish Hedgehog (Zathras)

Have you ever seen The Bishop's Wife with Cary Grant and David Niven? It's such a good wholesome Christmas movie. I also prefer Holiday Inn. The combination of Fred Astaire and Bing Crosby is great! I plan on watching both of those and the 1999 Christmas Carol this Christmas.

Dolf (a.k.a. Anders Ericsson)

I think it's an excellent suggestion. I love Bad Santa, voted for it as I really want to se Dawn react to it (and I think she'll enjoy the offbeat humour), but truly would like to see Bad Santa in addition to a regular Xmas movie.

Elliot Nesterman

Also, a reminder that "The Thin Man" (1934) takes place at Christmas-time. Just saying,

Alan Jones

I just watched Holiday Inn, and while most of the movie is delightful, the Lincoln's Birthday sequence is truly cringe-worthy, and will be considered by many to be irredeemably offensive in this day and age. So, caveats to all. Enjoy if you can, but millions will not be able to do so.
