This Sunday we'll have our first ever Patreon exclusive upload 😬 it will never be going on YouTube! There won't be a YouTube edit at all for this one, just the full watch along version but will be available to ALL tiers. It would be lovely if I could show the movie too but you guys know for copyright reasons I can only show a small syncable section. So for anyone that hasn't done a watch along yet, you will need your own copy of the movie. I'm planning on doing these once a month and I'll maybe decide later on to do a YouTube edit (and upload to YouTube) but don't worry they will be available on Patreon for a considerable amount of time before that happens. Unless I've said it will never be on YouTube (like Bride of Frankenstein). Say in like a years time I have equipment failure, I'm ill or lose my voice 🙊 then I'll possibly pick something from the Patreon exclusive list to keep YouTube ticking over.

Also! Once a month we will have a 'Patron Pick' which means one of you guys will get to choose the movie I watch 😁 One Patron a month will be picked completely at random and that person will get to choose ANY movie (within reason) to watch!! This will only be available for the top two tiers (Big Fat Play and Big Fat Play+).

Both of these have been requested a fair few times so I can't take credit for them. I will try my best for everything to go as smoothly as possible 😏 I took all my DVD's/Blu-rays down from the loft so I should have anything that's requested and if not I'm sure I can source it pretty quickly. Btw wait till you see this collection! It's insane!

Anyway... use this as a suggestion box. Comment if there is anything you'd like as a Patron. Anything I'm doing wrong? Let me know what you're thinking ❤️

I already had messaged you about Moonlight. What a beautiful, unique film in so many ways. That's my pick!

I'd like to +1: * Being There * The Elephant Man * What's up Doc * Time Bandits Also, would like to add: * Zardoz (Sean Connery!) * Devs (very short TV show, 8 eps) * The Lathe of Heaven (PBS movie, 1978) * The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) * Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1980) * Dog Day Afternoon (1975) * Ip Man (2008/2010 US release) * The Andromeda Strain (1971)

Both great ideas, and I fully support you keeping these Patreon only for a while but having them in the bank to use later. The draw idea is great once a month. I see some creators doing a Livestream on YouTube - you might want to look at that at some point. I know they've been patreon only so far, which of course is nice, but it can help her some more donations to the channel by having an open one. I also see some creators doing an "end of month" recap, where you can just give some thoughts on the movies you've watched this month now that you've sat with them for a while.

Scott

The way I see it, you're doing everything wonderfully. I've watched you for quite a while and loved everything you've done with your channel. I think I'm gonna be here until you get sick of doing this and close up shop. I hope that never happens. ❤️🥰

MertzRocks

I like these ideas... :-) If you pick me, you HAVE to say my name out loud!! (not my screen name -- but you can say that too lol) ;-P ;-P ;-P Almost forgot the 'proper kisses'! ;-* ;-* ;-* ;-*

Retro Maven

I'll break it down by genre: Western-Tombstone (1993) Comedy- One, Two, Three (1961), Animal Crackers (1930) Detective Drama-The Maltese Falcon (1941), The Lady in the Lake (1947) You should look into adding a cash app $ . I know it would be hard for you to do live streaming because of the time difference, but it would still come in handy during your unboxing live streams...

Hey Dawn Marie!! Psyched for the Patreon exclusive of Bride of Frankenstein. And if you want to turn it into a YouTube edit for the end of October, close to Halloween, I won’t be mad at you. On the on the subject of Patreon exclusives though, I think these would be the perfect place to do reactions to more music-centric films. There are so many great rock n roll movies that reaction channels just never touch because they fear all the music and popular songs in the films will get them a copyright strike or have the video demonetized. Which if you ask me is a chicken shit excuse because reactors watch all sorts of musicals all the time which run the same risks, but whatever…. Some music-centric films that are classics and could have a safe home as a Patreon exclusive. The Beatles movies [“A Hard Days Night” (1964) “Help” (1965) “Yellow Submarine” (1968)] “Tommy” (1975) “La Bamba” (1987) “Pink Floyd - The Wall” (1982) “The Doors” (1991) “Love & Mercy” (2014) “The Forbidden Zone” (1980) “Repo The Genetic Opera” (2008) “Heavy Metal” (1981) “Hedwig and The Angry Inch” (2001) “Rock ‘n’ Roll High School” (1979)

Michael Hartsell

Anything I'm doing wrong you ask? Yes, you were doing great for the longest time with the western movies and the classic movies or just good quality movies. Lately there has been a string of shitty movies (you know what they are) now let's get this train back on track my blonde Scottish love bunny. haha!

Michael Hartsell

Also, maybe something to replace Band of Brothers. I noticed someone suggested "Lonesome Dove" in the comments, this was a 1989 4 part TV miniseries, everyone will love this, it's outstanding!

Bartleby

You just watched something super heavy like Band of Brothers. Can I suggest switching it up next with a comedy TV series. Dawn… you would love “The Mighty Boosh” I cannot emphasize enough how much you would dig this show.

Richard Stokes

The mighty Boosh was on one of the things I thought you would like Dawn, it's unbelievably silly and surreal!

Louis Marzullo

The Larry Sanders Show!🤣😂🤣 Also, remember the question about which movie we'd like to experience again like the first time we saw it? That was fun. How about one of those a month? We can submit suggestions, take some of the pressure off!🎱 I only have one device (smart-phone) but I'll be happy to just watch you reacting to "Bride". I've seen it a bunch of times. Would have been cool to save it for Halloween & see you rock that wig, though!😁

Eric Janssen

I remember when you first listed your DVD collection for us to request movies from. Unfortunately, I don't remember what was on it--Can you update? (And yes, I second a YouTube Bride repost for October...Just not in the mood during September.)

Eric Janssen

Assuming you even KNOW any non-Beatles musicals made before 1969-- Most of those who have posted A Hard Day's Night (it's too hard to find Help or Submarine, as they've gone back into Sir Paul's vault), have unfortunately had their "chicken-s##t" excuse hen-pecked into just 20-sec. song clips, as a 200 lb. chicken can do what it likes.

JL Green

Hi Dawn. This sounds exciting 😀 and I'm ready for it!

BDev

Private Benjamin 1980, Fletch 1985 and Frantic 1988

Jerry Griego

Good Morning Dawn I cant wait!! I have a couple movies you might enjoy Conan the Barbarian(1982 with Arnold Schwarzeneger) & Scarface(1983 with Al Pacino)!!! :)

Bartleby

You can find any movie if you’re resourceful enough. And my post is about rock n roll movies. I don’t give a shit about old timey broadway musicals adapted into movies. If people want to see that, whatever… But I’m interested in classic rock n roll movies that reaction channels never touch. Enjoy your Broadway musicals dude.

Robert Inman

Dawn, I love your take o older moies!! e.g. Charade (1963) Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn

Bartleby

Both films written by Oliver Stone! Major fail on the part of most reactors to overlook Oliver Stone’s body of work. From the mid-80s into the 2000s, he made masterpiece after masterpiece.
