UPCOMING IMPORTANT UPDATES!! (Patreon)

Before i get into any of this, i want to clarify that none of these changes will take effect UNTIL OCTOBER 1ST

As my first year of writing porn for y’all is almost over, i’ve learned a lot about myself and how my writing ability has changed, especially when it’s under a schedule, as well as how i value my writing!

Knowing this, i’m going to be making some pretty big changes to my Patreon in preparation for an upcoming event i’m going to be doing. Some of you may know about something called NaNoWriMo, which is a November-long writing fest to write 50K words in thirty days. I had been doing it since 2018, and 2021 was the first time i actually ended up failing the challenge. This was because work was becoming more and more stressful, and i was getting all down on myself for not writing enough. I figured that since this 50K challenge was supposed to be fun and not stressful, i ended up giving up the challenge for that year.

This loss ended up actually making me realise that i still wanted to write, so i began writing for Furaffinity, and that’s where i am today.

So here comes the question: am i gonna do it this year? Well, i’ve done some thinking and i’ve decided to do it my own way.

Coming this October, i’m going to be opening up 30 request slots for 1,000 word stories. These will be completely free, and available to everyone. Yes, 30 people will be getting a free 1,000 word story

I will be writing each of them and, throughout November, i will be posting them daily on Patreon, from 1 to 30. Then, i’ll be posting them daily to Furaffinity through December for the public.

Say you get the 10th slot. I will be doing these stories in order, but probably will finish them before their designated date. I may finish yours a few days early, in which i will send you the story the day it’s done. Once the 10th of November rolls around, your story will be posted to Patreon, and finally, on the 10th of December, the story will be posted to Furaffinity to the public.

This is a pretty big challenge, but doing 30K for others shouldn’t be much harder than doing 50K just for myself, which i’ve done three times before.

In light of this, there’s going to be some changes to prices of my Patreon.

The tier that allows you to see and read the stories will be moved to the $15 tier. The $5 tier will lose it’s ability to see stories, and will become the rewardless support tier. If you still wanna see the stories on here (and the 30 stories as they come out during November), i highly suggest you upgrade to the $15 tier. If you wanna stay a 5 dollar tier just to support me, that’s highly appreciated as well! I also wanna mention that i’m gonna be posting stories here too through September, and the $15 tier change won’t happen until October, so you can stay a $5 patron right now if you want to and still get to read the stories i post until then!

As for the 30 dollar and 100 dollar tier. I’m going to be stopping the monthly 2K/4K word story reward FOR NOW. September will be the last month i do it for the forseeable future. This is mostly because i can’t really do a story for you if i’m writing a fuck ton every day for a straight month…! It’s also because i’ve found that i’ve been stressing too much about monthly stories for people, causing me to slow down on something i really can’t be slow on. So, that being said, i will not be writing a monthly 2K story for $30 patron tiers, and i really highly recommend you change your support level to the $15 tier so that you can still see the stories.

This isn’t to say i will stop the monthly story thing forever! It’s just for now. Also, if you…do decide to stay a $30 dollar tier, it would actually be really nice of you. It just wouldn’t really get you anything…

Though, if you are really nice, and really patient, and you’re really understanding, i miiiiiiiiiight give you a pass and write a 2K story for you. BUT THAT’S NO GUARENTEE!! I CAN AND MIGHT SAY NO!!

One more important thing, commissions will stay open!! I’m still down to write stories for people willing to pay the normal rate. $20/1,000 words won’t be changing!

TL;DR - none of this will happen UNTILL October 1st!

- i’m gonna open 30 1,000 word story request slots for people

- i’ll be posting these stories througout November on Patreon and through December on Furaffinity

- you will need to become a $15 tier patron to read stories going forwards

- $30 and $100 tiers will not be given monthly stories any longer. This is temporary, but i have no plans for it to keep going

- commissions will stay open at the same price they’ve always been (though i might be slow to do them during November)

I love you all and really, really hope this change isn’t too drastic. I hope you understand that 15 dollars is a good enough price for an upcoming 600 dollars value of stories in November (that’s not including all other stories i’ll be posting after that!)
