You'd have to host a server with this map and the mods.

Not officially sorry - you'd have to do all the conversions on your own.

How do you have the resources they way they are?

I think I misunderstood your question - I thought you meant the resources like the banners etc. The resources like the Lapis, Redstone, etc. was done via WorldPainter when the map was first created. Unfortunately the meats, etc. don't work as usual, so we played an honor system with spawners at the islands. Same with the sugarcane, etc. Farming or growing animals wasn't permitted on spawn territories
