What do you want us to talk about?!

We're going to be recording a few episodes next week (sorry for the delay), and we'd like to know if there are any topics you specifically want us to cover.

A certain game? A movie? A discussion about a genre or era? Let us know in the comments!

Will Holmes

I'd love to hear you guys talk about tabletop games in general, not just RPGs but other board games and the like

Jared Cooper

Why not talk about The Sorcerer’s Apprentice? It’s a movie that I think gets too much hate.

jhatch

movie adaptations of video games, in general. faves, least faves, what they need to be successful, etc.

Dani Ruiz-Espinoza

Have you guys discussed Endgame yet? I feel like you have but maybe not in depth, also how bout favorite continue episodes/moments with your guys’ 10 year ani coming up!

Tom Garrett

Inspired by the Summer of S.A.M., and a couple of recent episodes that hilariously ended with walk-offs, what games inspired the most genuine emotion / intensity / spirited competition growing up, whether playing a tough game by yourself or getting into fierce competition with friends? I'm thinking specifically here of the pre-online-gaming era, so multiplayer experiences where the other person or people were actually in the room. I know I have a few (Baseball Stars for the NES, e.g.), and I'm sure everyone here does as well.

Alex Harrison

Once upon a time in Hollywood please (I guess spoiler free since it hasn't been out for long)

Lee Wood

Favourite drummer?

Nick Fischer

Top 10 lists for the best and worst games you guys have played on Continue?

Michael McDowall

AllTheTrophies

I just want you all to play Stretch Panic and talk about it that’s all. Or some other weird games, those are my favorite episodes. Though I understand this isn’t exactly the same ContinueCast as it used to be, so anything you all want to talk about is fine by me

Hugh Bollen

Rachel Friemel

Let’s talk about how Saturday morning cartoons aren’t really a thing anymore and I feel our nation is suffering because of it. I mean like not on Nick and Disney and stuff I mean like NBC CBS and Fox... Cuz 90’s X-men.... also I’m heavily medicated right meow. Also also I never really cared for Hanna Barbara cartoons 🤭 I know. Here it comes—

Jose Maria Ruiz (Chemachanga)

How's this: Nothing is quite as it seems. Back in ye Olde CC (the Old ContinueCast) days you guys peppered in the TangentCast episodes in between the video game ones. Now that its mostly all TangentCast with - a bit of video game seasoning - what do you guys say you talk about things that ya'll do/think/see/feel/etc that is normal, unquestionable behavior that everyone else finds weird, unreasonable, or flat out CRAZY! Were you ever convinced something was one way your whole life only to find out recently that you were looking at it upside-down the entire time? On the other hand, you guys are adults! you've been perfectly able to determine your own decisions and are smarter individuals for it! Perhaps... perhaps THEY'RE THE WRONG ONES! If you trust your senses are more highly tuned in then the rest, what is something that EVERYONE ELSE does/thinks/sees/feels/etc that is just the evidence needed to convince you that we've been living among Reptilians this whole time. Maybe we're all wrong ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. But that's why i think it'd be a great topic to hear from you guys after the Her Story podcast episode. A nice palette cleanser! <3

Chase

just let josh go off about epstein

Jacob Hall

I second Cesar The Salad, talk about ghost man! If it was made into a sports film who would be in it and what would the soundtrack be?

Edgardo soto

Tell me y’alls rich history with every thing TCG related please

underclocked

I'd love to hear about everyone's go-to documentaries or docu-series, as well as which one everyone seems to think is the best documentary. Also, I'll pander to the film school background: what style of documentary do you prefer?

jaal

What if you all met your alternate dimension selves who are exactly the same except each of y’all swapped hairstyles with each other

Joshua

Bryce Harper and/or Patrick Rothfuss

Corey O'Connor

Which video game, movie, book, or television show character do you want to see run for president in 2020 and why?

Alfredo Colindres

If you haven't talked about Dune already let's talk about Frank Herbert and Dune please.

TYLER EVANS

Jake Anderson

I want to hear them talk about this too. With only a half-remembered intro lyric and a vague memory of the show, I finally found one of my forgotten favorites that I'd been searching for for 20+ years, and also found out that it's all available on youtube (the show was Bots Master btw, if anyone was interested), and it's gotten me on an 80s/90s cartoon nostalgia kick in a big way. Potential talking point: These shows were made primarily to sell toys, but this might have made some of them better. The suits behind the shows didn't care what was in them, and so the creative people that actually the shows were able to go a bit crazier without some executive bringing in a focus group to kill the cool.

Have you ever done something that you shouldn't have but you got away with it?

Also; What are some of the simplest things in life that give you joy? Hot cup of coffee on a chilly fall morning? Walk through the park? Being awake before everyone else and enjoying the quiet? Just the things that never fail to bring an immense feeling of gratitude.

Electro_Specter

‘Tis the season! Football video games and the greatest team on earth, the Philadelphia Eagles. Sorry everyone, this is the Eagles podcast now.
