Content

Hey everyone! We're recording the ContinueCast tomorrow. While we have a few games/shows we want to talk about, we're down to take some suggestion from y'all about what you'd like to hear us discuss. So leave those in the comments below!

Also, if anyone has suggestions for short but interesting games we could cover on future episodes, drop them down below too. Things that are under 5 hours are ideal, but longer games could be done too!

Comments

John Barber

How are you feeling about the impending flood of Disney+? Looking forward to any older nostalgic content?

Rachel Friemel

Any of you guys watch Letterkenny? I just started watching it a few weeks ago. Jered Keeso (Wayne) looked and sounded so familiar to me and I was all “Holy shit it’s GRAPES!” He played cherry in a CBC documentary. Good documentary. I’m one of the few people that really like Don Cherry. I don’t know hundred percent agree with everything he says but I <3 his character 😂 he’s so different 😂

Electro_Specter

Please do LSD Dream Emulator for PS1 on the show. It’s something that could be played in short periods over a few sessions to get a good grasp on it, but you guys could dive pretty deep into it too if you wanted. It pairs nicely with a jazz cigarette. As far as ‘Cast topics, I got nothing....for now...

Nick Fischer

For a topic in the spirit of Halloween, what is a favorite horror movie you guys have? As for games: a great shorter game I've been playing a lot is Slay the spire.

TYLER EVANS

Talk about your favorite Mel Brooks movies.

Corey O'Connor

Hyper Light Drifter; Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons; Children of Morta; What Remains of Edith Finch; Rogue Legacy; Limbo; Inside

Edgardo soto

I want you guys to talk about this fire burning in each out you, the one begging you to fight each other! Loved the future sports tournament! Play Dive Kick, or One Strike. I wanna see y’all compete!

Henry Torbert

Orwell and it’s sequel Orwell: Ignorance is Strength would be perfect. Right around 3 hours and 5 hours respectively. Also, after listening to you guys talk about Five Came Back and Behind the Curve, I could listen to a whole podcast of you talking about documentaries you like.

Will Holmes

You guys have brought it up before but talk about Documentary Now! It's such a good show. As for games, I'm coming up blank but maybe some nostalgic talk about MMOs? I dunno, I've always enjoyed those conversations

Dont Feed After Midnite Podcast

Pls do something on Colecovision. It had some cool titles. Avenger, Montezuma's Revenge (great platformer for the time), Tarzan is also good if you like punching Gorillas. Or maybe a hard look at Shadowgate and Uninvited for the NES? Or just play Lightning reaction and we can watch some get the shit shocked out of them lol.

FFEDCO

HAQUE HAQUE HAQUE HAQUE

Sudaksis

For Continuecast topics, just how crazy it is the Nats won the World Series.

Sudaksis

As for shorter games to play, maybe it would fun to go back to the weird indie games like many of the earlier episodes and play a game which recently got sequel: Anodyne. Should be a few hours but a second run actually changes the game immensely. Anodyne 2 is very different from the first so might be worth covering them both.

Dani Ruiz-Espinoza

Let's talk about the mutherfackin'm Mandelorian and your guy's 10 year ani

jaal

Anatomy by Kitty Horrorshow :O It's cheap, like an hour long, although it's pretty strange and esoteric so I don't know? Kinda more experience than story.

jaal

Also Night in the Woods is rich in conversation but is like up to 10 hours. Lost in Vivo is short but Big Spooky. Also Darkwood is a great scary game that doesn't really need to be beaten.

Seconding this!! Y'all are the reason I got into Haque and I feel like it's worth further discussion for sure :)

Max Power

Even though I would prefer you to do a Continue episode with it, I would love to hear your thoughts about Untitled Goose Game.

Kurtis Janwich

D’Avekki Studios. An FMV Game Studio. Really fun. I’ve enjoyed all of there games so far!

TYLER EVANS

If you guys have not played DRAGONS CROWN on PS3/PS4 it is the perfect Continue Show Fantasy game. Let's just say Josh will really appreciate it...

Carsen Vijil

I want see you guys play Rugrats Royal Ransom on the gamecube cause i think its one of the best 3d rugrats platformers (with my nostalgia) but I'd rather see it on Continue, I'm afraid there's not much to talk about with this one.... unless?
