To me, it seems less like she knows about Souta's feelings, and more like she noticed Souta hesitating to tell her about Arashi and Nao's "date"(because he does know about Inoue liking Nao and he wanted to spare her feelings). And her smile seems to me to be saying smth along the lines of "It's okay, no need to spare me, I already know (about her)". At least that's how I interpreted the scene, but of course, I might be totally wrong 😅
