Here’s your friendly reminder that none of us hate Arashi for simply existing. A lot of us desperately wanted to like her but have since changed our minds. She’s been rude to Souta and dismissive of him and was only nice when she wanted something from him. Even if she doesn’t mean to be rude, she is. And I get being blinded by a crush, but it doesn’t give you a free pass to treat your crush’s best friend like that. Or anyone for that matter. If you like her then great! You’re interpreting things differently than those of us who don’t like her which is totally fine! Not everyone is gonna view characters the same way. But that doesn’t mean that people with a different perspective are wrong just because you can’t fully understand why they might feel that way. And it’s okay to dislike a character in a comic you love. It doesn’t mean you like the comic any less. This is by far my favorite webcomic and I think it’s so incredibly well done but that doesn’t mean I have to like every single character.

I don't hate Arashi. I think her actions have had unfortunate effects, and she has brushed off Souta before, but I don't think anything she has done is out of genuine malice. If anything she's more likely shortsighted because of her crush and doesn't realize that Souta is hurting— especially since she doesn't know him well.

Nao and Souta are misunderstanding and miscommunication personified. I am glad to see Souta spending time with those who unknowingly are providing him with shoulder to lean on. I still feel Inoue can become Souta's confidant; they seem to vibe pretty well. I love how Nao has his gaze fixed on Souta when no one seems to notice him, although he's probably making up a scenario about Souta and Inoue in his head. The same will probably happen when Souta realizes Arashi is the one standing with Nao. He'll probably see them have some sort of body contact (hug, hand grabbing/holding) and think the worst of it. I'm trying to prep myself for the next episode 🤕

Reminder that raging to your friends on people who might be nice but annoy the fuck out of you is totally normal. (And arashi actually did something not nice). And in a comic the space "friend" is the comment section. Also wishing them death on the way of ranting is also something totally normal. People acting like others would actually kill her if they could (Even if they say and reply "yes" they wouldn't). I mean you can be against their opinion. You can dislike the way they express it. But 1. no it's not because she's just a girl (Yall have no idea how much we loved and love Inoue from the start) like c'mon if it was a dude it would far worse lol. Doesn't Nao not kike being touched? I feel like he would endorse closeness with people he has known for awhile, but he has only known Arashi for like not even 3 weeks or something.
