OK I definitely understand the concern some people have over Jun being a rebound crush. In all seriousness, I'd hate for Souta to have to choose between two people (love rivalries are not entirely easy to execute), especially because we all love Nao (even if not at all times). HOWEVER, in spite of the anxiousness over this, I am still a very big fan of Jun I think. He seems like a genuinely nice person (so far) and I think he'd be a good friend for Souta, especially with what they have in common. I do wonder how Christmas will end up playing out and also how Nao is going to interact with Souta from now until then. He obviously was upset about hurting Souta but he was also clearly shocked at seeing Jun and Souta hug. There is likely going to be some more jumping to conclusions. I am very excited to see how this plays out; and as always, thank you for this story, Aina <3

My analysis of what Aina is trying to say 🧐: 1. Souta IS in love with Nao and that will not change (Hence the comment “I don’t want anyone but him from last chapter”) so don’t worry about that. 2. Jun and Souta will get closer and from the outside perspective, it will seem they both could be becoming something more (take point 01 into account) this could be the trigger for Nao to question his own feelings in the next chapters. 3. Nao is going to the concert on Christmas and Souta will be going to Jun’s party I’m pretty sure this will be important for the climax of Christmas (and I believe will se the roles flip and Nao chase after Souta and not the other way around) 4. THERES DEFINITELY TENSION THERE 👀👀👀 (Aina wants the ship to sail and it has sail ) And I can see the love triangle bloom, Jun will be more important (let’s not forget he is also a character in the game Aina made for the characters) Nao will definitely have a love rival and I’m HERE 👏FOR👏 IT 👏 Update: god sorry for the spelling errors I wrote this in a rush, AAAAAH this updates should come out faster!!!😆

But if we look at his actions, they are a reflection of Soutas´s, the support, the way we see he wants to be with and for him, the presents, etc. Let´s not forget this guy didn't know his crush was gay or bi. Moreover, for us had been years, but in story time the guy just had a depression episode. 1/2

Because of his depression he was not going to confess his feeling for Souta, he didn't know he was bi, and confess could risk their friendship or scare Souta and lose him, just like his mom, sister and father. And that the issue, I think he got used to live with the idea his love was imposible and he liked that. People with depression believe they are not worth someone attention or love because of all the "drama" they have. And now he is torn. He wants to be with Souta, but that means letting him be part of his nightmares. 2/2.

I really really dislike the idea of Souta and Jun ever dating because I feel like it would be detrimental to everyone involved. Nao would obviously get hurt, but mostly, Souta would just be “using him” as a rebound because he’s hurt and wouldn’t have actual feelings for him (which we know since Naota is endgame) and Jun would then obviously get hurt from being “used” like this. I don’t think anything good would come out of this situation and I don’t want a big dramatic reaction from Nao coming from jealousy. I want him to reflect on his own or with the help of someone he can trust (Keisuke or Inoue would be the best for that in my opinion) and then make a move when he is ready. I know we’re all hurting for Souta and he IS going through a rough situation right now and is absolutely allowed to be upset, but let’s not forget he’s not the only one hurting. I’d prefer we see time and reflection do it’s thing rather than jealousy and love triangles
