Theory, I think Arashi will catch up that Nao is feeling down and hopefully she payed attention to Nao and Souta's relationship and will ask him if he's down because of Souta, in her head they're just friends so to cheer Nao up she'll tell him about the tickets. Then this will make things finally fall into place in Nao's head (i think he knows he likes Souta but is afraid to act on it) and he'll go to soccer's club party, take Souta out of it saying they need to talk (Cold hands art) and maybe FINALLY confess. What are you guys theories?

My unsolicited prediction is Nao is gonna lean on Arashi for friend support, either right before she confesses her feelings for him or during, something w him apologizing for being so spacey and putting his emotions on her but he doesn’t have another friend to lean on. He explains the sitch and says something about how he feels bad because she spent all this money on him and she goes “wellll” I just want Nao to have a good friend and I believe in arashi 😭

I wonder if Inoue will bump into Souta and tell him who she saw. Then he decides not to go to the soccer party and go straight to the house party. Eventually Nao decides to go to the soccer party to find out Souta is not there and he goes and drags him from Jun’s get together for a much needed conversation.

So before that, surprised Arashi asked outright about the concert, but I guess she really needed to make sure Inoue wasn’t coming lol. Ok so I definitely think the title is meant to be taken ironically. Clearly Nao is not having the most wonderful time rn…and I doubt he’s gonna be able to convincingly fake it through the entire concert. And…walk with me guys 🤌… This could potentially lead up to Arashi confronting him about his mood out of frustration and blurting out the tickets were from Souta. I realized something earlier today while I was waiting for the next pages. Would Souta’s name be on the concert tickets if he bought them??? Even if Arashi says they’re raffle tickets, they wouldn’t have Souta’s name on them if that were the case because he wouldn’t have been the buyer (raffle coordinators would be the buyers) if Souta won the tickets in a raffle. I know people are frustrated about Arashi, but she really has no clue about the larger, overarching plot that we do 😆. Why *wouldn’t* she think Nao likes her at this point? I feel like the only reason Nao might finally stop for a moment and think about what he actually wants is if he sees Souta’s name on those tickets.

As much as I want to Nao to know about the tickets I think it should be best if he went to talk to my boy Souta on his own, not because of the tickets, a much needed conversation they need to have, but this time, Nao should take initiative. To be honest, I’m not rooting for Souta and Nao to get together at this point in the story (Christmas). If I see things from Souta’s perspective, this man rejected him because he was scared of the relationship failing and him ending up alone but then he wants to be together because he realized he’s kind of losing you anyway? How is that satisfying? How would it feel to know that you had to go through the pain of rejection and thinking you read everything wrong and then the guy you confessed to admits he liked you when you confessed to him and rejected you anyway (I understand that Nao has fears and he wasn’t ready for a relationship that’s totally fine and understandable) but how is that not a punch to the face? It’s just… really shitty from Souta’s end and while I’m for whatever makes him happy— I just don’t see this as a triumphant getting together at all. A rejection happened. Souta’s heart got broken. That happened and is never able to un-happen.

Okay soooooo this theory might be a stretch but I think this might end well… Okay so obviously I’m trying to be optimistic cuz I want them to make up😭 but I think Nao and Souta are gonna talk sometime during or after the concert. Thinking back to Tapas, Aina posted a “Re-read trivia quiz”(Ep.251) and at the end if you got them all right is showed a full special picture and I think this is it. I don’t see the piercings on Nao in the photo and I’m not sure if the scarf is the same but I’m gonna hope they make up by the end of this chapter😭😭😭

Interesting. So I know it’s sort of a Japanese thing to be nice even when you aren’t really enjoying what’s happening, but I wish Nao would say something if he’s not happy with Arashi. He knows that she thinks he’s saying yes to her because he’s accepting her advances and that’s just going to end badly if he’s not genuine about it. :(

On the other hand, it does seem to be his M.O. not to express what he's really feeling/thinking until he's reached his absolute limit, so...unless he gets pressed against the proverbial wall during the concert or someone finally lets slip that it was Souta who got him the tickets, he's probably gonna keep his silence. 😮‍💨
