Here’s what I think will happen. Nao will go looking for Souta after the concert when the girl let slips Souta gave her the tickets. Maybe Souta will just be heading out for the house party when Nao finds him. But I just don’t know where the iconic drawing of Nao dragging Souta by a Ferris wheel will play in. Maybe I’m remembering incorrectly but I suppose we’ll see

That was 10 chapters ago… *Ah…Poor Souta, he’s really going through it :( *Although the face he makes after Jun sits down is really funny to me i’m so sorry Souta *It’s sweet of him to stick by Souta when he could have been having fun with his friends, he’s truly a real one *The info dump was not something I was expecting but considering his state of mind, not too surprised *Not everyone just comes out at the drop of a hat, but again, it’s not like Souta really cares at this point *AHHHH This part is so good, I love how Jun challenges Souta saying he wouldn’t get it, I love his face after Souta realizes, yes, he does get it, perfection. *Ngl I’m with Souta I really did think this man had a harem of girlfriends before this moment lol *Maybe he does have a harem…Hm *HE CALLED HIM SOUTA UWAAAAAAAAAAAAA *He’s right, Souta may have met a lot of people, but since no one comes out to just anyone, he never realized it *That said, Souta, you do not come out to random coworkers just because you’re sad lmao *This story breaks my heart :( Jun didn’t deserve to lose his friend/crush but it’s a hard situation to come across. Even if you accept someone’s sexuality, if it’s directed at you, when you don’t share those feelings, it can be very hard to come back from that. *However they were younger at the time so I see how cutting contact seemed to be the only option, if you don’t know how to face it, avoid it. *I wonder if he still has lingering feelings about the guy, but that could be me reading too much into it *I know his advice here isn’t very popular, but he is coming from the perspective of the worst case scenario. RIP. *uwoooo is this the Keisuke and Nao talk we’ve been waiting for? *No. *Sorry. *Despite my brief worry that Keisuke was going to slip, I think how he tried to frame Souta’s worry about Nao skipping the concert as something he shouldn’t miss since it’s his favorite band. Basically saying Souta wants him to have a good time instead of going to the soccer party and potentially missing out on such an experience. *In a way, Souta is putting Nao above himself. He could be with him and the team. But he wants him at the concert with her, hopefully having a good time. *Oh no, the other party. *Nao remembers Jun and starts eye twitching. Homeboy’s jealoussssss~ *Bless Keisuke for saying to give Souta space. Will Nao follow it? No clue! *Welp, Nao’s going to the concert, but I don’t think he’s gonna be happy about it. *We’re in for something gang, buckle up.

I have a crazy idea. Nao goes to Jun directly in hopes of finding out how to be more like him, only to be found out as Soutas “straight friend”. Then Nao ends up telling Jun about his feelings for Souta, and Jun gets kind of mad at him for using the tickets Souta gifted him for a date with a girl. Nao’s eyes go wide as he realizes what just happened.

I'm so excited for this arc 🤩 Jun is so good for Souta - someone he can relate to and who seems to really see him. I don't ship them romantically, but to be honest, in a different universe they could have been great together. Now it's up to Nao to sort out his own issues and prove he's worthy of Souta before it's too late. Right now I'm dying to learn what he's thinking about the connections between Souta's part time job, "bad spending habits" and this gorgeous and mysterious coworker 👀

Even though it’s so hard to see them apart and in pain, I’m actually really proud of the boys this chapter. Souta REALLY needed to actually acknowledge how hurt he is and say out loud to someone what he’s truly feeling. I’m glad Jun was there for him. And I’m also SO proud of Nao for reaching out to Keisuke and being even just a little vulnerable and open about the situation. He needed to talk to someone about things besides Souta and I’m happy he felt safe to do that with Keisuke.

I'm still so sad for Nao, always trying to reach or arriving late, and I feel like he has It worse than Souta, since he's also being slapped time after time but in silence, since we don't have his POV, and he's so lonely in this, noone at home, no Keisuke nor Inoue nor even a Sato to talk to. He just has Souta, and Souta's avoiding him. Obviously he neither trusts Arashi with this 🫣😅 so, despite suffering lots for Souta, I'm suffering even more for Nao 😓😓😓
