I wanted to comment that I really love how you established this “slow burn”. It made Souta’s growing feelings more natural and realistic. Hell... how he is acting reminds me too much of my own high school life and my own realizations. Thank you for this!!

On the one hand it's really typical for teens that they wouldn't notice, but at the same time I can't get over how obvious Souta is being.
