There's been pain for so long. I both applaud your ability to maintain realistic struggles with these characters and question if you're lying to us about it getting better at some point. 😭 But seriously, this is some well constructed conflict and angst. Everything flows so well, I could really see it happening to any athlete having an off week. Hope his walk revitalizes our poor boy. He really needs it.

Look I know this is suppose to be a serious chapter, and I feel bad for my poor baby. But his ass is going to get lost 😑.
