How can Souta be so clueless? How many times does Noa have to try and pull his attention back to him. This is why I don't think Souta will confess. He's too clueless and literally thinks he is lucky that Nao sees him as a close friend and nothing beyond that will happen. And I love that the shirt grab is becoming a thing.
