Thank you for preparing us for this as we knew from chapter 28 that his Mom did not make it to this match (Yuu talked about it in Chapter 28 part 11). It is heatbreaking to see him take those glances during the match to check if his Mom came, but I was forewarned so I was prepared emotionally 🥲 (my strong face against adversity).
