This is honestly one of the best representations of depression I’ve seen, the expressions are on point. I notice a lot of people tend to romanticize mental illness and portray it unrealistically. But with a few panels, I can genuinely feel myself resonating with Naos struggles. I hope he sees a little more light soon, my poor heart is breaking:,(💔

nao's expression is just perfect, the long slow transitioning scene really help to bring emphasis to this.. "stale" sensation that is weighing on him, his eyes look SO tired, the use of the shades are excellent, also I really love the angles, I love how we look at the empty ceiling with nothing on it, I also really like how much volume Nao's hair has around his face and when it's pulled back, it looks so so good, I also like a lot how the locks fall on the bed and pillo, it helps SO much to give depth to the drawings
