He's gonna make him work for it. Jokes on Nao, cause Souta's not gonna give up. Even if Nao tries to disappear immediately after the game, Souta will follow. This is gonna be a fun game! Between that rousing speech from Akeda 🤣, seeing Team Rocket---I mean Yuu and Ryu again, and Souta's dwindling patience/growing need to settle things. Shit, it's not the best time for Nao to play... I mean, I appreciate that Nao came, it says a lot that he appreciates playing soccer with them and that he doesn't want to let them down even if he's emotionally exhausted (He won't admit it though). Who knows how much it has cost him emotionally to get up, leave his room, and go there to play an "important" game for the team (In front of a crowd of strangers), regardless of how he is feeling or how tired he feels, because he knows that game is important to them... But at the same time, right now only Shouta (And he understands in parts because he doesn't suffer that) understands that he is suffering but the others don't, and if he starts to "fail" in this game, I know they won´t appreciate the effort he made to be there, and I'm worried about how that will affect Nao... Ooh, I'm scared!
