I love how Souta naturally got in the bed with Nao, and naturally held his hand while telling stories and Nao didn't mind at all🥰 Also, I thought Nao had a star in his ear like he got messy putting stars up lol but no I think it's a mistake with the layers or something cus it's just that scene. Sorry don't mean to point it out in a rude way, just trying to help. Ik if it were me I'd want someone to point it out so I could fix it. Not saying you have to fix it ofc😅🤗🩷✨

I absolutely adore this chapter, Souta’s narration contrasting with what Nao is experiencing in the moment is such a beautiful contradiction. A pure “you underestimate your importance to someone who loves you” moment.

This chapter has always meant so much to me. For one (and definitely the least deep), how have I never noticed Nao wearing Souta's sweater before? That's adorable. For two, the endless support that they give each other. Souta just wants to be there to help and he doesn't understand how much him just being there IS helping. Also, Souta LITERALLY giving Nao space is so perfect to me (this comic has a special place in my heart and always will).

After re-re-re-reading, I just noticed that when Souta's thinking about giving him "space" Nao's watching the light in the dark stars he gave him 🥹🥹🥹... Such a beautiful way of making It a double meaning, seeing as Souta literally (and more than literally) gave him a universe. Sooooo awesomely perfect 😭❤️❤️❤️

The inability to open presents due to depression is a very real feeling. For months I left my Christmas presents unopened in my room. I just wasn’t motivated to open them. They only got opened because one day I was just so sad and needed a reason to keep going. My reasoning why I wouldn’t open them until then wasn’t good, but now I’m at least thankful I had those gifts to get through that hard time.
