HOW DOES SHE KNOW

luane ✧

WAIT WHAT I THOUGHT ONLY SOUTA KNEW

Grey

WHY DOES SHE KNOW AINA!

ghostie

WHO TOLD HER???!??

TobiShu

Is it because of that one kid he used to go to school with? Did he know?

Mari

Please, just don't tell me Souta is gonna see them talking and imagine unexistent things between them 🥲🥲

DearNeptune!

Look at them being the amazing beans that they are. Having a good conversation and trying to settle things! You go Inoue and Nao! Y'all are wonderful growing noodles who are doing your best! Also, I'm sure the school said something about Nao because he left for some time.

Sobs InFrench

I heard about what happened. I’m sorry. My grandfather passed away two years ago :D

Na'Ryiah

How does she know…

Alexis

I’m happy they’re talking and all but I’m very impatient for souta and nao’s reunion😭

Hatterandahare

“How do you feel?” “Better I suppose…. Souta helped a lot. I sure do love him. Let me go find him now, thanks Inoue and sorry again” - what I hope he is thinking haha

rae of sunshine

nao and inoue bonding over grief? we love to see it. i actually really like inoue and hope she becomes a good friend (and supporter!) of our boys

Sarah Kathleen

i just cannot stop obsessing over how amazing the art looks. ive been subbed to this comic for years now and i see the improvement every single week and ugh. im in love with this whole thing.

Tink

I'm glad they talked it out and do hope they become good friends I just super can't wait to see him and Souta reunite :D

Hime

Hime

Emma

bro why she talking ab herself NOW?

Ryan Brooks

Where is my boy Souta I miss him and I miss him and Nao together 🥲

Mads

Okay but like what? No one asked about grandpa???? It has me laughing tho cuz it caught me so off guard.

T Mcnugget

At least she can somewhat relate to him

A ShyNobody

I mean I understand why she may of said that her grandpa died but it was not the right time to bring that up

Mafuyama

I dunno… I just don’t want them to bond lol

Weronika Zieziulewicz

I would really like to see them become friends, because Nao needs more of those 😅 It's unlikely that she has ulterior motives, from what we've seen so far she's a lovely, warm person. And I don't? Understand? Why so many people complain about her mentioning her grandpa? That's the last panel of the update, so obviously what she says is gonna have some kind of follow-up. Her leading with the info of her family member's passing shows that whatever she's gonna say next is going to come from a place of understanding and will not be insensitive or pushy

Weronika Zieziulewicz

On another note I just got volumes 3 and 4 in the mail so today feels like a triple update ❤️ Aina, you're making such beautiful progress throughout this story, and I just love how maturely you approach serious topics while still maintaining the vibe of the genre

Vai Russ

I'm really glad they're taking a moment to talk through what happened! While Nao had clearly been out of line and acknowledges it, Inoue also understands the very poor timing on her part. I'll be interested to see what she has to say about her grandpa, it's good to bond and empathize over loss.

Azdamine

Wow, people have seriously been conditioned to view female characters in BL comics as “villains” with bad intentions I don’t read Inoue’s bringing up her grandfather as ill-intentioned or honestly even ill-considered. She’s trying to demonstrate sympathy, that’s all. Why is that so bad? I don’t think most of y’all would have this reaction if it were Souta saying something to the same effect

Beanie

people not understanding part of communication and connection literally is relating to one another has thrown me for a loop. For a lot of neurodivergent people, showing people they can relate by sharing similar experiences and stories is a BIG way to connect and show sympathy, and it is so disheartening to see so many question and vilify this 100% valid way of showing someone you care and empathize.

Sara

Inoue is a good person. Sure, her timing on bringing up her grandpa passing away might be a little odd, but she's clearly trying to sympathize with Nao. I think everyone should remember they're just teens and talking about death is already a hard subject. Inoue just wants to be there for a friend.

L. Miller

My books just came 🥳🎉🎉🎉

Tianna Wiles

Its giving “My uncle broke his leg tap dancing once.” Vibes💀💀

Lisette Mata

She did noooooot 💀💀💀💀

Mary

Some of you do not understand how relating and conversation can work like 😭

Lex

This is better. He says “I suppose [I’m feeling better]” but we also can tell he is somewhat and I think she is as well, so mentioning her grandpa now is better timing than if she mentioned it earlier, when he was so emotionally heightened.
