Alien: Covenant (2017) KILL COUNT

Comments

Alex Nowak

Covenant is a very frustrating film. It adds cool and interesting stuff to the mythos...while simultaneously shitting on what came before. Prometheus isn't perfect, but I don't like seeing all of its Xeno architecture and lore pretty much erased. The new species are so close to being cool, but the cgi and blood effects are spotty. The film was so close to being great, but is bogged down by a bunch of little things...imo of course.

To be honest I was expecting the neo-morph birthing scenes to be censored/have a Patreon explicit release. Hopefully YouTube doesn't give you too much grief about the gore lol

I agree, I dont think Prometheus is perfect but I love it. I think Covenant was a huge pile of poop. So many unintentional laughs

Another great kill count! Once again, I enjoyed this KC more than the actual movie.
