Re-Animator (1985) KILL COUNT [Patreon Cut] (Patreon)

Hi y'all. I'm facing an unprecedented problem with this Kill Count. Although I've censored just about everything I can for the public release of this episode, it continues to get rejected by YouTube's manual review. I'm REALLY not sure what to do about this, because if I release a version that's been rejected, it will not go out to all my subscribers due to YT's algorithm and it'll also make nothing in ad revenue, meaning my editors and I will have just worked on this 30 minute behemoth for nothing.

But while I figure it out, you patrons deserve to see the episode, so here's the explicit version for you to enjoy. Thank you so much for your support - it's crucial when shit like this is going on, especially since I may just have to eat the loss on this one and post it despite its restrictions. I hope you enjoy this episode for one of my favorite B-movie classics.

Is anyone else having trouble watching?

Terrance Cinderkin Addison

Hopefully you can get the video released. You've never missed a kill count since you started. Also are there any other places you can share your content? YouTube seems hell bent on killing it's userbase by messing with their content creators so much.

Jordan Leisure

Man, YouTube just likes to cause problems. Keep up the good work dude, thanks for the constant entertainment!

Cassandra Davenport

I had wondered why it hadn’t shown up on YT yet. I hope you can get it figured out soon! That being said, I still have to wait until I get home from work to watch, I can never get videos from this site to load on my phone. Keep up the amazing work! 💜

Jhon Celis

Ahhh yeaaa baby $1 a month pays off big time 😎

Dahvoo

Thanks James, hope it works out on YT so you and your crew can get paid.

Lindsay

Sorry to hear that James. Hope it works out. I'd hate for y'all's hard work not to pay out cuz y'all deserve it. Thanks for all you do.

GR8LIFEO9

Great video glad to have you back

Spooks320

Thanks James! You're the best!

Joel Berube

Is there a difference between this version and the version that was posted earlier?

Kevin E Dellatore

I'm Sure RAID shadow legends needs more people to push their app. . . That's a joke. Sorry to hear YouTube is being bitchy on this one...

Willie J

Bummer that youtube is being...well youtube there. Glad to see the kill count. I love Re-Animator and the sequels are equally crazy.

Princess Aura

Saw the BS going on with youtube via your twitter :'/ Glad I could at least see this here but also hope that youtube lets it's death grip go on your public video

Uriel Tomsov

It's ok, James; you don't need to apologize for free content.😄 YOU are doing US a favor by uploading free, high-quality, sleek material. I'm a patron mainly to support you; not just to get more goodies.

Andreas Süke

I was wondering where this was from my sub box. Hope it all works out for you!

Mickey

im glad you said it on the explanation youtube video because I saw it and figured out this patreon thing! Thanks for all the hard work you do, I look forward to kill counts all week!

Anthony Serafin

Just joined this, big fan of all the kill counts and podcasts, i started watching kill counts and podcasts a little over a year ago. I'm glad I can finally help support this and all your projects. I'm a huge fan of practical folks and especially the little finger and cersei videos. Can't forget drunk Disney, my fiance binged all of them and can't wait for the finale. You and Chelsea are wonderful good people and I'm really happy I found your pages

Dylan Norman

I’m sorry that YouTube isn’t wanting to pay you for the awesome work you do for us. I’m glad we can come on here and support you when they won’t. The only regret I have is not being able to give more.

Bailey

Thanks James.

Allison Kern

Jeffrey Combs is also in a shark themed horror film that would be hilarious for Kill Count. Sharkman/Hammerhead (2005)

Dark Wolf

Litterally just became a patron because they keep blocking your videos. You may lose a little bit on ad revenue but hopefully it gives enough people like me a reason to check out patreon to give you more support

Gavin Wilson

Love the Herbert West cosplay brother. My Friday is not complete without a kill count. Keep it up man

Mitchell Zock

I watched this movie earlier this year after hearing about it in your "Silent Night Deadly Night 4" Kill Count. This was one of the only horror movies I've ever watched before knowing literally anything about it, and it was AWESOME! Very glad I watched it before you kill counted it! Good luck getting it to public Youtube James!

Kyubi_Max

Jeffrey Combs also Voiced Braniac in Injustice 2 and in the same game Robert Englund Voiced Scarecrow

Rito Trevizo

Me too but I'm new to this whole thing. I click on the videos and it sends me to YouTube but no video pops up. Any idea what im doing wrong?

Christian Holm

I literally just became a patron for the soul purpose of watching this Kill Count. Think I'm gonna stick here for some time to watch the explicit versions of these awesome videos :-)

Amanda Benson

Became a patron just to have my Kill Count Friday. It was about time too. Your vids have brought me so much joy. Thanks for all the hard work.

Jonah

I've been wanting to become a Patron for a little bit but this pushed me over the edge. Especially if you're gonna have to take the loss on this one. Hope you get it worked out man!

Alex Konovnitsyna

Youtube is a huge pain in the ass, but it did push me to be a patron. about time too.

Taylor Byington

Not gonna lie this also made me join Patreon, should have done it ages ago to be fair. Sorry about youtube but hopefully this leads to more patrons for you!

Callum

If anything mate this is just gonna boost your support here on patreon. Dont fret it pal. Been a fan since the early F13 counts, about bloody time i showed my support. Keep em coming brother 🙌

Mathieu Plante

why is there blurr if it's the explicit version ?

Brian Peznowski

Like many people here, became a patron today just for this video. It’s long overdue - Your content has been an endless source of entertainment for a long time for me. Keep doing what you do, and also - Fellow Michigander here, but.... Go Green! 😁

Dead Meat

Nudity will always be blurred in the videos I upload, even unlisted explicit versions. I'm too worried about getting an actual serious strike from YouTube if I were to upload videos with nudity in them

Chaise Simpson

Sorry, fell off patreon for a while, but re animator brought me.back! Love your work dude, this is one of my absolute favorite favorite movies

NoGoodReason

I think that might have been a Bassoon in the intro not an oboe. Same family though!

John doe

Had to see you cover re-animator

Jessica Forbes

Also became a Patron to watch this. Fuck YouTube!

Jordan Riggin

Just a quick question I’m new to this how can I watch these episodes on my Xbox. That’s where I’m always watching Dead Meat anyway

ZappSmithBrannigan

Jordan Riggin Just use the web browser to log in here.

Cherish Garrett

I joined to support you and your videos, you deserve it! Your channel is my all time favorite channel ❤️ you and your team do an amazing job and I absolutely love the content 😍 it's one of the few channels I watch

Christopher Backlund

I grew up watching this at 2 a.m. in my basement in case my parents walked in and saw the craziness. Thanks for covering it guys!

Richard Boncek

"You're just a talking head. Get a job in a side show" may be my favorite line in this entire movie, and there's TONS of great lines.

John Stevens

Great Kill Count for a crazy, awesome movie.

Aaron Conboy

That’s weird RLM didn’t censor their video about it. Except the head thing and the various nudity shots. I’m pretty sure I saw an ad on that video too.

Daniel Kent

It was a bass clarinet and bassoon playing in unison.

Blayze

Aye I'm mentioned 🤩
