Hi patrons! Just wanted to update you about what's going on with Kill Count movies. As you know, I recently had a poll to determine the next film to be covered on the Kill Count, and the winner was Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019).

HOWEVER, after that poll was concluded, I was contacted by Dollar Shave Club, who wants to sponsor a Kill Count! Hurray! I finally get to shave! Thing is, they want to have their episode come out in January, and I've always planned to have their sponsorship be fun and thematically relevant by covering Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007).

THEREFORE: The Kill Count on Friday January 31st will be Sweeney Todd, and Scary Stories will thus be the February 28th episode. Hope that all makes sense and is understandable!

Also, to let you patrons in on some more privileged information - the fact that Valentine's Day this year falls on a Friday did not escape me. February will actually get two Kill Count episodes, despite the new schedule, because it seems like the perfect opportunity for me to cover Valentine (2001). And just so you know, that's always been my plan, even with the new schedule - this isn't me adjusting out of fear for the channel or anything.

Thanks again for being so cool and supportive, patrons!

I'm always happy to see more content, I cannot wait for Sweeney Todd, not a fan of musical type of films but that was a very good watch for me when I watched it a few years back, will certainly watch it again before the KC. Also it's a sponsored video which is always amazing to hear!

A shave and a haircut. Two bits! Thanks for sticking your neck out. This Kill Count will be a cut above the rest. A close shave indeed.

Yay! I'm Italian so I'm not really familiar with the "Scary stories" series, even though on the other hand R.L. Stine "Goosebumps" was a major hit here as well. Back then, I never knew those scary books even existed! So yippee ki yai for your review of that and of Sweeney Todd with the beautiful Helena Bonham Carter!

Silynx

Dead Fright

I’m so glad you’re doing Valentine soon, I actually had an email like forever ago mentioning that one but idk if I sent it to the right dead meat email, let alone if you guys ever got to read it! I absolutely adore that movie, my guilty pleasure since so many people tend to be less than thrilled about it. Your Sweeney Todd was amazing. :) I love watching and rewatching your videos and live-streams. Thank you also for turning me on to Crypt TV btws. Their product helped me start working on writing my own horror book though currently fighting writers block xD I’m really glad my friend showed me your channel last year.

Mark Lynn

Excellent you uploaded one of my favourite serial killer horror movies Valentine My comment on foreshadowing/girls' deaths deserves to be pinned
